Mr. Chookaszian was with CNA Insurance for 26 years, serving as chairman and CEO for seven years, then chairman of the executive committee for three years. Before that, he was President for two years and CFO for fifteen years. After CNA, he was chairman and CEO of mPower Inc, an internet financial advisory service.
Prior to CNA, he was a management consultant with Deloitte for eight years. Mr. Chookaszian was chairman of FASAC (Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council) which provides guidance to the FASB on accounting matters, from 2007 to 2012.
He has served as a director on the boards of thirteen publicly traded corporations and eighty private corporations. He is currently a director of two public companies, and twenty private corporations. He also has served as an arbitrator in thirteen cases and an expert witness in 18 cases.
Mr. Chookaszian is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and teaches courses in Corporate Governance. He also teaches International Corporate Governance at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in China, and at Jiao Tong Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance in China. He previously taught Corporate Governance at IIPM in India. Mr. Chookaszian has a BS degree in chemical engineering from Northwestern University, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and an MS degree in economics from the London School of Economics. He is a CPA, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, an NACD Certified Director, and a Certified Management Consultant. In 2010, Mr. Chookaszian received the Outstanding Director Award from the Financial Times Outstanding Directors Exchange.

Anthony A. Madia brings a wealth of expertise from the high-technology industry, with a specific focus on the development of cutting-edge technologies such as zero-knowledge proofs and blockchain. With a strong background in software engineering, Mr. Madia has collaborated with some of the most brilliant minds in the field, including renowned figures like Vitalik Buterin and Barry Whitehat as part of the Ethereum Foundation's Privacy and Scaling Explorations team.
Throughout his career, Mr. Madia has actively contributed to the advancement of these technologies, engaging in various roles across the entire technology stack. His contributions have extended beyond his work in development, as he has also shared his insights and knowledge as a speaker at prestigious conferences worldwide. Notably, he has been invited to present at renowned events such as ETHPrivacy and DevCon in Istanbul, Turkey, as well as Bogota, Colombia.
Mr. Madia's commitment to excellence is further exemplified by his participation in the prestigious Ethereum Core Development Fellowship. This highly selective program attracted over 2,000 applicants, with only 40 individuals, including Mr. Madia, chosen for acceptance. As a fellow, he engaged in extensive research and development focused on the core aspects of blockchain technology, further deepening his expertise and understanding of this transformative field.

Paula Lawlor is an entrepreneur that has focused her companies in healthcare revenue cycle management as well as a senior level executive leader. The first part of her career was spent in healthcare organizations as an operations and strategy expert. She worked with and was responsible for the physician and clinical leaderships in their operations, revenue management, data management, quality and regulatory affairs. The remaining time of her experience has been building several privately held revenue cycle companies with successful exits.
While working with those organizations she excelled and became one of the senior most level executives. Those companies that she founded were sold to Conifer, CorroHealth and what is now known as N-Thrive. The most recent company was a tech enabled A.I. clinical documentation improvement offering.
Paula also served as strategic board advisor and president of NYM Health, (Israeli based startup) which specializes in A.I. medical coding. She also has volunteered on several boards as well as the foundation board of the American Health Information Management Association. She has also been featured in several publications such as INC. Magazine and Fore the Record. Paula received her education at Temple University and supports students in the health information program with a scholarship fund. Paula spends her time in both Tampa and Park City UT.

Kevin Roberts, MBA, CPA, is executive vice president and chief financial officer at Geisinger. He oversees all financial activities and serves on the executive leadership team.
Mr. Roberts joined Geisinger in April 2018, bringing more than 30 years of professional experience. He has an extensive background in business development and growth, corporate finance, health plans, mergers and acquisitions, financial operations, technology and investment management in large, complex, multi-site healthcare organizations.
Previously, he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for BJC HealthCare based in St. Louis, Missouri, a 15-hospital health system with more than 30,000 employees and $5 billion in net revenues that includes both Barnes-Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Children’s Hospital. He has also held executive level financial positions at University Hospitals Health System and the Cleveland Clinic, both in Ohio, and Proctor Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. Mr. Roberts earned a master’s in business administration from Bradley University in Peoria, and a bachelor’s in business with a concentration in accountancy from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston. He is a certified public accountant.

Paul N. Gorup, chief of innovation and Cerner co-founder, is responsible for driving innovation and change across client organizations to elevate their performance into the top quartile in all categories for high performance hospitals and health care systems.
As one of Cerner’s co-founders, Gorup played a critical role in the company’s formative years. Among other accomplishments, he served as one of the key members of the development team for PathNet®, the first widely available commercial solution for Cerner.
In 1987, Gorup left Cerner to pursue new challenges in the area of electronic broadcast monitoring systems. He founded Broadcast Data Systems (BDS) with two partners and built the company into an industry leader. BDS grew to operate one of the largest commercial electronic monitoring systems in the world, monitoring more than 1,100 radio stations and 600 television stations in the United States and Canada. BDS was acquired by Nielsen (VNU) in 1998.
Gorup returned to Cerner in 1999 as vice president of Application Data Services. He launched Cerner into the data services business, managing technical and operational infrastructures for clients. This business segment eventually grew into CernerWorksTM, which includes Application Management Services, Upgrade Center, Experience Center and Solutions Center.
As Chief of Innovation, Gorup also started and grew most of Cerner's new business segments including Knowledge and Content, DeviceWorks, Health Sciences, and Data Analytics.
He also works to help clients achieve goals related to meaningful use, and, ultimately, create a showcase of how Cerner systems can help “move the meter” on health care quality, safety and efficiency. As such, Gorup is responsible for the implementation of Cerner ITWorksTM ; this furthers Cerner’s partnerships with our clients and emphasizes the importance we place on doing things right. ITWorks services was an extension of CernerWorksTM and included on-site Cerner IT departments, a Tier 1 help desk and management of non-Cerner Millennium® systems.
Gorup earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Gorup retired in 2015, and now does independent consulting. In 2019, Gorup was named Henry W. Block International Entrepreneur of the Year.

Rick Kneipper has a unique combination of entrepreneurial, operating and legal transactional expertise in healthcare, technology and financial industries. He was the co-founder of Anthelio Healthcare Solutions Inc. (formerly PHNS Inc.), the largest independent provider of healthcare information technology, medical records and revenue cycle services, where he served in various capacities including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer, and General Counsel from 1999-2014. Prior to that he was a partner at the international law firm of Jones Day in its Dallas office and variously served as chairman of its international financial institutions practice and as a member of its firmwide management committee from 1981 to 1999. Before that he was a partner/lawyer of the Wall Street law firm of Chadbourne & Park, LLP in its New York City office from 1968-1981, where he specialized in mergers/acquisitions, tender offers, private and public financings, corporate transactions and proxy contests.
Rick also has served on the boards of a variety of healthcare and technology companies, including Aquity Solutions, a provider of healthcare clinical transcription, coding and scribe services, where he was Chairman of the Board from 2019 to 2023 when it was acquired by Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc.; M*Modal, a healthcare technology provider of advanced clinical documentation technology solutions, where he was a Board member and Chair of its Special Committee from 2015 to 2019 when its technology business was sold to 3M; NAVEOS Holdings LLC, a healthcare data analytics and government reimbursement services provider, where he was a director from 2014 to 2018 until it was sold; eOriginal, Inc., a provider of eBusiness management solutions, where he served as an advisory board member from 2014 to 2018 after which it was sold; and the Dallas County Hospital District/Parkland Health and Hospital System, where he served as Chairman of its Budget and Finance Committee and its Information Systems Committee and as a member of its Legal Committee from 2004 to 2008. He also has served as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration program of the University of Texas at Arlington from 2015 to the present; and as Co-Founder and Board member of Dallas’ Inspire Art Dallas (formerly Dallas’ Adopt-A-Monument program), whose mission is to use advocacy, fundraising and public events to encourage the flourishing of public art and the public art program of the City of Dallas, from 1988 to the present.
He also is the Founder and CEO/Manager of Shady Knoll Orchards & Distillery LLC, which is a family farm and craft distillery in the historic Hudson River Valley of New York that produces apple brandy, pommeau, rye whiskey, single barrel rye whiskey, four grain whiskey and whiskey from apples and rye and wheat raised on its farm, from 2011 to present.
Rick has a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington and Lee University.

Randy Sims was responsible for all legal affairs at Cerner, including general corporate, Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, transactions, and litigation. He also oversaw client and non-client contracting, human resources support, corporate compliance and regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and intellectual property, including patents and trademarks. Randy's responsibility for legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance included all of Cerner's global subsidiaries, including operations in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
Randy joined Cerner in March 1997 after three years at Farmland Industries Inc., where he last served as associate general counsel. At Farmland, then a Fortune 200 agribusiness conglomerate, he was responsible for the legal staffing and management of all company transactions, including financing, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and alliances.
Prior to his service at Farmland, Randy provided general legal representation to the Marley Co., He joined Marley as an attorney in 1986, and left as assistant general counsel in 1993.
Randy began his legal career as an associate at the Kansas City-based law firm of Morrison & Hecker, now known as Stinson LLP
